Tyre & Elastic Sleeve Coupling
Highly flexible couplings with a rubber tyre, split urethane element or toothed elastomer sleeve. They take large misalignment and soak up shock and torsional vibration.

Description
These couplings use a large, soft flexible element: a rubber tyre (F, UL), a split urethane element that fits radially (Omega), segmented rubber (CFA) or a toothed elastomer sleeve (J/S). They tolerate more misalignment than jaw or gear couplings and protect bearings and gearboxes from shock. Split elements change without moving the machines.
