Precision industrial fluoropolymer PTFE (Teflon™ / Xylan®) surface coating services engineered by PT Misuba Guna Indonesia for industrial fasteners, valve internals, heat sealing jaws, mixing blades, and mold tooling. Applied via electrostatic spray or liquid dispersion and thermally cured in controlled ovens, our PTFE coatings bond tightly to metal substrates, delivering an ultra-low coefficient of friction, hydrophobic non-stick release properties, and exceptional salt-spray corrosion protection.
