Ceramic Coating
High-performance ceramic polymer surface coatings and thermal spray ceramic ceramic-composite solutions engineered by PT Misuba Guna Indonesia for pump casings, valve bodies, heat exchanger end-covers, and boiler tubes operating under severe cavitation, erosion, and high-temperature oxidation. Our liquid ceramic epoxy coatings incorporate micro-fine silicon carbide and aluminum oxide ceramic spheres within an ultra-dense polymer matrix, creating a smooth, low-friction protective barrier over metal surfaces.
In addition to liquid-applied ceramic polymers, we offer arc spray and plasma thermal spray ceramic coatings (Chromium Oxide, Alumina-Titania) for extreme thermal barrier and hard-facing applications.
