Fabric Expansion Joint
Custom-fabricated multi-layer fabric expansion joints built by PT Misuba Guna Indonesia for absorbing severe thermal growth, duct misalignment, and low-pressure gas vibrations. Unlike metal bellows, our non-metallic fabric joints absorb simultaneous multi-directional movements (axial, lateral, angular) with minimal spring rate reaction forces on boiler casings, ID/FD fan housings, and turbine exhaust stacks.
Built with high-grade outer elastomeric covers (silicone, fluoroelastomer, or EPDM), gastight PTFE chemical barriers, and thick thermal insulation belts (needle-felted ceramic fiber and high-silica fiberglass cloth).
