PTFE Lining
Heavy-duty fluoropolymer PTFE lining services engineered by PT Misuba Guna Indonesia for complete internal corrosion protection of carbon steel and alloy piping systems, columns, tanks, and chemical reactors. Using paste-extruded virgin PTFE, PFA, or FEP liners (thick-wall paste extruded or sheet lined), our linings form a seamless, non-stick barrier that resists extreme chemical attack from concentrated acids, strong alkalis, and reactive solvents.
Equipped with thermal paste-flaring technology and vacuum-resistant locking grooves, our lined pipe spools and fittings withstand severe thermal cycling without liner collapse, liner creep, or vacuum deformation.

Our technical team conducts spark testing (15kV to 25kV) and hydrostatic verification on 100% of lined components prior to site delivery.
